I wanted extend my gratitude and appreciation for everything you did to make Brandon and I’s wedding day nothing less than perfection.

As a bride, to show up on your wedding day and see everything set up so perfectly and look even better than you imagined, is so greatly appreciated.

Everything was so seamless because of your leadership and professionalism. I mean, we started 15 minutes early!! I know our wedding day wouldn’t have been so organized and perfect without your help.

Once Julie took over our event, things went flawlessly. I was so pleased because I originally wanted Julie to be our coordinator for the big day after having met her the first time! Julie answered every email and was so lovely as a person in general. She was very great at communicating and answering our questions promptly.

Julie was so attentive to detail and worked so hard at making our day truly special. She listened to what I wanted and executed setting out our decor flawlessly. She was attentive to myself and my husband throughout the entire wedding day, making sure we had what we needed and were taken care of. She was very helpful and was great at working with a large family size. Julie was amazing and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Julie was incredible as our day of coordinator at our wedding on September 24th! Leading up to the wedding she was great at keeping us on track, getting us organized and always responded to e-mails very quickly! On the day of, she arrived on time and was quick to pick up on where I was at and what I needed her to do. She effortlessly set up the remaining details and was able to transition decor from the ceremony space to the reception. The most helpful aspect of her service was that she was able to keep us on track and “keep things rolling” so to speak. She cued us all at the ceremony and was able to help us transition to photos following the ceremony. During the reception, she was a HUGE help; keeping us on track and getting all of the milestones (first dances, cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss, etc…) completed on time, before the photographer and videographer left! Overall, I am so glad that we hired Julie to help us coordinate our big day! I would recommend her services, day of or otherwise, to anyone!

Definitely recommend a day of coordinator!!! I can’t say enough great things about Julie she was an absolute star and a total saving grace on my wedding day. I am an event planner and was hesitant to drop the money when I was planning most things myself, but when something went awry (as something always does) it was such a relief to have Julie there to deal with everything so my bridal party and I didn’t have to!! Worth every penny!!

Hired Julie and Amy for the day of coordination. Money well spent!! They took care of everything from vendors, to decorating, center pieces, and even a sudden change of plans due to weather! Very professional and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

I wanted to touch base after the wedding and let you know how appreciative we are of all your hard work. When my mom first suggested a day of coordinator i was very hesitant, how do I let someone I don’t know execute the day I’ve been planning for 3 years (well let’s be honest every little girl starts planning at 5 years old). When we met a few months ago I knew that I had found the person I could trust to make my special day everything I imagined, which you did and SO much more! With Justin in the hospital for the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding I was in a bit of a panic, but when we met with you to walk through the venue, your positive vibes and assurance that everything would work out again told me why I had picked you. Our wedding day finally came and i knew i had nothing to worry about at the venue with you there running the show, and I was right, when i showed up everything was what I had envisioned and described. My bridal party came to me days after telling me about all the ‘problems’ that were taking place behind the scene, none of which i had any idea about leaving me to enjoy our wedding without any stress or worries for that I can’t thank you enough. Without you there it wouldn’t have gone off as smoothly as it did. Thank you so much for making my special day everything I could imagine.

We were referred to Julie after our first coordinator left the planning company we had hired (and never notified us). Suffice to say, we were quite jaded from that experience but after meeting with Julie we felt extremely comfortable and confident we could put our trust in her on our wedding day. We hired Julie as our day planner and have absolutely no regrets; she is very attentive and has fantastic communication. She was at both our ceremony and reception (two different locations) helping with setup and coordinating entrance timing for the bridal party. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of. Julie was an amazing wedding resource. She was extremely supportive during the planning stages with encouraging inquiries about where we were in the process and she always provided very helpful answers. Although we didn’t meet in person prior to the wedding (we live in different cities), we were never worried – her communication skills are impeccable! On the day of our wedding, she was confident and effective at making sure everything went as planned. During a particular moment of ‘crisis’ (boutonnières were left behind), she calmly and very quickly made sure what needed to happen – happened! Having Julie as our day-of coordinator was a great decision!

Having our wedding decorator bail on us was a blessing in disguise. When we told Julie, she stepped in and took over right away. She helped us come up with new centerpieces and decorations that saved us a ton of money and were just as elegant. She co-ordinated with the venue on the morning of the wedding and made everything perfect.

Julie helped to make our dreams a reality. On the morning of our wedding we found her changing light bulbs at our venue because no one else (working at the venue) would- how often do you find that in a wedding planner? We have referred two other couples to Julie and wish her nothing but success.

Without A Dream Come True Events our wedding day would have been a disaster! Julie made our space look wonderful but also organized our wedding party- a hard feat even at the best of times. She made sure we had our timing just right throughout the day.
