Once Julie took over our event, things went flawlessly. Julie answered every email and was so lovely as a person in general. She was very great at communicating and answering our questions promptly.
Julie was so attentive to detail and worked so hard at making our day truly special. She listened to what I wanted and executed setting out our decor flawlessly. She was attentive to myself and my husband throughout the entire wedding day, making sure we had what we needed and were taken care of. Julie was amazing and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Julie was incredible as our day of coordinator at our wedding on September 24th! Leading up to the wedding she was great at keeping us on track, getting us organized and always responded to e-mails very quickly! On the day of, she arrived on time and was quick to pick up on where I was at and what I needed her to do. She effortlessly set up the remaining details and was able to transition decor from the ceremony space to the reception. The most helpful aspect of her service was that she was able to keep us on track and "keep things rolling" so to speak. She cued us all at the ceremony and was able to help us transition to photos following the ceremony. During the reception, she was a HUGE help; keeping us on track and getting all of the milestones (first dances, cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss, etc...) completed on time, before the photographer and videographer left! Overall, I am so glad that we hired Julie to help us coordinate our big day! I would recommend her services, day of or otherwise, to anyone!

I wanted to take an opportunity to thank you for your help and staying late during our wedding. You truly went above and beyond by taking on extra last minute tasks and coordinating all of the smallest details perfectly. Trevor and I really appreciated this aspect the most as we didn't have to stress out or worry throughout our special day. I hope you found the venue was really fantastic and accommodating as well, and I hope you have an opportunity to work with them again. Thank you so much we would highly recommend your services to any of our friends and family that get married in the future.
