ABOUT JULIE & CO
DAY OF PRODUCTION TEAM
First thing you need to know is if you have booked Julie and Co for coordination or full planning there will be at least two team members executing your day. The structure of our whole team is as such: a Principal Planner, two lead Planners, one Assistant Planner, and an intern team of 4.
WE SO ARE HAPPY
The team so wonderful at calming our nerves throughout the planning process/the day of, and we appreciate your patience with our anxious brains! The day unfolded so smoothly (despite a few curve balls we threw at you!) and was everything we could imagine and more. We seriously could not have done this without you all, and we're so grateful for your skills, professionalism, and the fact that you are all just really lovely people who were great to work with.

WILL JULIE BE OUR LEAD PLANNER?
Not necessarily. We have four lead planners and we divide the work evenly. However, Julie oversees all weddings and events and will have a hand in planning.
WHAT Happens after our INITIAL Inquiry?
We will reach out to you to schedule a consultation. Most of the time these take place over Facetime or Google Hangouts, but we aren't opposed to meeting for a coffee if the time is right. At that consultation we are going to not only talk about your wedding, but also which package is right for you.
How do we know we are a good fit?
I like to tell people that they will feel it in the consultation. You'll know if we are right for you or not. In terms of our ideal client, we love working with people who know that the most important part of a wedding is the love they have for their partner.
