As we bask in our post-wedding happiness (and recover from yesterday’s post-wedding hangover!) we just wanted to send a quick note to thank you all for everything you did to make our dream wedding a reality.
You were so wonderful at calming our nerves throughout the planning process/the day of, and we appreciate your patience with our anxious brains! The day unfolded so smoothly (despite a few curve balls we threw at you!) and was everything we could imagine and more. We seriously could not have done this without you all, and we’re so grateful for your skills, professionalism, and the fact that you are all just really lovely people who were great to work with.

Once Julie took over our event, things went flawlessly. I was so pleased because I originally wanted Julie to be our coordinator for the big day after having met her the first time! Julie answered every email and was so lovely as a person in general. She was very great at communicating and answering our questions promptly.

Julie was so attentive to detail and worked so hard at making our day truly special. She listened to what I wanted and executed setting out our decor flawlessly. She was attentive to myself and my husband throughout the entire wedding day, making sure we had what we needed and were taken care of. She was very helpful and was great at working with a large family size. Julie was amazing and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Julie was incredible as our day of coordinator at our wedding on September 24th! Leading up to the wedding she was great at keeping us on track, getting us organized and always responded to e-mails very quickly! On the day of, she arrived on time and was quick to pick up on where I was at and what I needed her to do. She effortlessly set up the remaining details and was able to transition decor from the ceremony space to the reception. The most helpful aspect of her service was that she was able to keep us on track and “keep things rolling” so to speak. She cued us all at the ceremony and was able to help us transition to photos following the ceremony. During the reception, she was a HUGE help; keeping us on track and getting all of the milestones (first dances, cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss, etc…) completed on time, before the photographer and videographer left! Overall, I am so glad that we hired Julie to help us coordinate our big day! I would recommend her services, day of or otherwise, to anyone!

Definitely recommend a day of coordinator!!! I can’t say enough great things about Julie she was an absolute star and a total saving grace on my wedding day. I am an event planner and was hesitant to drop the money when I was planning most things myself, but when something went awry (as something always does) it was such a relief to have Julie there to deal with everything so my bridal party and I didn’t have to!! Worth every penny!!

I wanted to touch base after the wedding and let you know how appreciative we are of all your hard work. When my mom first suggested a day of coordinator i was very hesitant, how do I let someone I don’t know execute the day I’ve been planning for 3 years (well let’s be honest every little girl starts planning at 5 years old). When we met a few months ago I knew that I had found the person I could trust to make my special day everything I imagined, which you did and SO much more! With Justin in the hospital for the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding I was in a bit of a panic, but when we met with you to walk through the venue, your positive vibes and assurance that everything would work out again told me why I had picked you. Our wedding day finally came and i knew i had nothing to worry about at the venue with you there running the show, and I was right, when i showed up everything was what I had envisioned and described. My bridal party came to me days after telling me about all the ‘problems’ that were taking place behind the scene, none of which i had any idea about leaving me to enjoy our wedding without any stress or worries for that I can’t thank you enough. Without you there it wouldn’t have gone off as smoothly as it did. Thank you so much for making my special day everything I could imagine.

We were referred to Julie after our first coordinator left the planning company we had hired (and never notified us). Suffice to say, we were quite jaded from that experience but after meeting with Julie we felt extremely comfortable and confident we could put our trust in her on our wedding day. We hired Julie as our day planner and have absolutely no regrets; she is very attentive and has fantastic communication. She was at both our ceremony and reception (two different locations) helping with setup and coordinating entrance timing for the bridal party. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of. Julie was an amazing wedding resource. She was extremely supportive during the planning stages with encouraging inquiries about where we were in the process and she always provided very helpful answers. Although we didn’t meet in person prior to the wedding (we live in different cities), we were never worried – her communication skills are impeccable! On the day of our wedding, she was confident and effective at making sure everything went as planned. During a particular moment of ‘crisis’ (boutonnières were left behind), she calmly and very quickly made sure what needed to happen – happened! Having Julie as our day-of coordinator was a great decision!

Having our wedding decorator bail on us was a blessing in disguise. When we told Julie, she stepped in and took over right away. She helped us come up with new centerpieces and decorations that saved us a ton of money and were just as elegant. 1. TO ENTER the Chance to win The Great Canadian Wedding
Giveaway (the “Contest”), simply visit the web site located at,
click on the Contest page, and complete and submit your entry by following the
instructions found on the Contest page, also like and follow Julie & Co
Events on Facebook and Instagram. All entries must include your name, address,
age, ten digit day and evening telephone numbers and e-mail address. Limit of
one (1) entry per individual per contest period. If it is discovered that you
attempted to enter more than once, all your entries will be void. Entries shall
be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address
submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is
assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service
provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.)
that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated
with the submitted e-mail address. Illegible entries are ineligible. To be
eligible, you or your partner must be an ESSENTIAL WORKER. We are defining an
essential worker as:

A. A heath care worker. This includes, but it not
limited to PSW, Nurse, Doctors, Hospital Staff, Long Term Health Care Centre

and pharmacy store workers, construction workers who worked through the pandemic)

2. The Contest starts at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time
("ET") on June 26,2020 and closes on July 17th at 12:00 pm
ET (the “Contest Period”). No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

3. To enter and to be eligible to win, entrant must
be a legal resident of Ontario Canada and be twenty-one (21) years of age or
older and engaged to be married. Employees and their parents, siblings and
children, and persons domiciled with an employee of the Contest Sponsors, their
respective agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries,
divisions, prize sponsors, and promotional and advertising agencies and
administrators, are ineligible to enter.

4. Prize - There is one (1) Prize consisting of Wedding
Ceremony Package (details below). The Prize winner and his/her partner must be
able to attend the wedding on August 29th, 2020, failing which the
Prize will be forfeited. Fees for legal (wedding license) or symbolic weddings
and all expenses not specified herein insurance, personal expenses, and any
other costs not specifically stated herein as being included, are the sole
responsibility of the winner and his/her guests. In the eventuality that the
winner and his/her guests reside outside the Departure Point, the costs
associated with such transportation are the winner’s and his/her guests entire
responsibility as the Prize begins and ends there. No extensions will be permitted,
and the Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for cash. The
Prize winner shall not be entitled to receive, in cash, certificate or otherwise,
the balance of any amount representing the difference of the Prize retail value
and actual cost.

5. Before being able to participate in the Prize,
the couple will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by
the Contest Sponsors, a full release and indemnity form stating that, among
other things, he/she has read and understood these Rules, grants all consents
required, agrees to be available and to participate in publicity and/or
promotions related to the Contest and/or the Contest Sponsors and/or similar
matters, authorizes the Contest Sponsors to broadcast, publish, disseminate and
otherwise use his/her name, city/town/village and province/territory of
residence, photograph, likeness, sobriquet and voice, in connection with any
promotion and/or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and/or
information purposes at no additional compensation to the travelling companion,
beyond his/her participation in the Prize, accepts the Prize as offered and
releases the Contest Sponsors from any and all liability of any kind arising
out of the travelling companion’s participation in this Contest and receipt and
use of the Prize.

6. Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize may
not be sold, transferred and is not convertible to cash. Contest Sponsors
reserve the right to substitute a Prize in whole or in part in the event that
all or any component of the Prize is unavailable. Prize winner is solely
responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.

7. On July 17th 2020 at approximately 1:00pm
a random draw for the Prize will take place at Julie and CO Events from among
all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The first entry drawn will be eligible to win
the Prize. The odds of winning the Prize will depend on the number of eligible
entries received during the Contest Period. Julie & Co. Events acting
reasonably, will attempt to contact the potential Prize winner to notify
potential winner that he or she may have won the Prize by telephone within two
(2) business days after the draw. In the event that the potential winner cannot
be contacted within two (2) business days after the draw, he or she will be
disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be drawn at the Contest
Sponsors’ sole discretion. Proof of identification must be provided upon
request. In order to be declared the winner, potential winner must first
correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill testing question
administered by Julie and Co Events.

8. By entering this Contest the entrants and
participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these Rules. All
decisions of the Contest Sponsors with respect to any aspect of this Contest,
including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding
on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this Contest. Date and details of the giveaway are subject to change based on the regulations set out by Public Health, including Health Canada and/on the Government of Ontario.

9. All entries become property of Contest Sponsors
who assume no responsibility for garbled, lost, late, delayed, destroyed or
misdirected entries, mail, voice messages, e-mail or any computer errors or
malfunctions. No correspondence will be entered into except with entrants
requesting Rules by mail or requesting the name of the Prize winner (for which
a self-addressed, postage paid envelope must be included). Contest Sponsors do
not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry
information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or
printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or
network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry
materials or data that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any
reason, in the opinion of the Contest Sponsors, in their sole discretion, the
Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the
Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures or any other causes beyond their control, Contest Sponsors reserve
their right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Contest,
and select a winner from previously received eligible entries. Contest Sponsors
reserve their right to modify the Rules without materially affecting the terms
and conditions hereof. The Contest Sponsors reserve their right in their sole
discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the
entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of
the Rules or otherwise in a disruptive manner. Any attempts to deliberately
damage the Contest web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this
Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be
made the Contest Sponsors reserve their right to seek remedies and damages to
the fullest extent of the law. Contest Sponsors shall not be held responsible
for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the
Contest including any damage to an entrant’s computer equipment, system,
software or any combination thereof, as a result of their participation in this
Contest or from downloading any material from the Contest web site.

10. Contest is subject to all applicable federal,
provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering this Contest each
entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his or her personal
information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as
home telephone number, age and home address) by the Contest Sponsors for the
purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Contest. Contest
Sponsors will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for
the purposes of administering this Contest. By entering the Contest, entrants

11. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency
between the terms and conditions of the Rules and disclosures or other

online advertising, the terms and conditions of the Rules shall prevail, govern
and control.

12. All intellectual property, including but not
limited to trade-marks, trade-names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web
pages, source codes, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are
owned by the Contest Sponsors and/or their affiliates. All rights are reserved.
